This paper reflects on the gender inequalities and their influence in the access to labor market and, on the other one, to reproductive process. Maternity and work often arise as choices excluding one another due for the inadequacy of care services. The essay reviews some laws of the last years for encourage the work-life balance and analyzes the presence of the services for children in Palermo. En el artículo examinamos cómo se materializa la atención al medio rural en los planes de inclusión social españoles. Analizamos el marco estatal y autonómico clasificando las Comunidades Autónomas según su grado de ruralidad (OCDE). Así, establecemos si existe relación entre el carácter territorial de cada CCAA y el tipo de acciones inclusivas planteadas para los espacios rurales, y cuáles son los temas abordados. This article describes the main results of an ethnographic study on citizen participation carried out in the context of the development of the Urban Initiative (2007-2015): Cuenca-Barrio de San Antón. Managed by the City Council of Cuenca and financed by the European Regional Development Funds (FEDER) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the Government of Spain The results of the research show how in the context of the application of neoliberal policies, citizen participation becomes the trigger for new conflicts between institutions and citizens. L’agriculture a toujours été un secteur où les tâches peu qualifiées sont restées très pourvoyeuses de main d’oeuvre ; ce sont majoritairement les immigrés fraîchement arrivés qui s’y adonnent, les natifs délaissant ces travaux pénibles, mal payés et peu valorisants. Nous allons analyser dans cette contribution l’extrême difficulté des « saisonniers-migrants » présents en Espagne.
